Initially it was decided that Gautam Gambhir would lead Indian team in the T20 and ODI matches. But lately due to an injury even he is ruled out. According to the recent news, the depleted Indian squad will be lead in ODIs by Suresh Raina where as the vice captain would be Harbhajan Singh. Ashwin, Badrinath, Kohli, Vinay Kumar, Manoj Tiwary, Pravin Kumar, Yusuf Pathan, Saha, Ishant Sharma, Munaf Patel, Amit Mishra would be a part of the limited overs cricket squad.
Disappointing four key players Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh and Gautam Gambhir won't be featuring in the whole tour. MS Dhoni, Rahul Dravid, VVS Laxman will play in the test series. Abhinav Mukund and Badrinath are included in the test squad.
